Easy Ways To Get Pregnant

December 7, 2011 by

What are the simplest easy ways to get pregnant? The truth is right now something you are doing or not doing may be hampering your chances of becoming pregnant.

Firstly, you need to know your “fertile window”. The general idea is that if you have intercourse anytime in the month, without any form of protection you can become pregnant. This is false information.

A woman has just 2-3 days in any one month when she can get pregnant. This is when one of her ovaries release an egg.

The first easy way to get pregnant is to increase your chances of becoming pregnant by timing intercourse for when your ovary will release an egg i.e. your ovulation.

The second easy way to get pregnant is to have more and not less intercourse. You may have read that the less intercourse you have until your “fertile window” the better. This is wrong information!

The idea is that you have to save up the sperm, so that you will have enough when you need them!

Yes, you might have more sperm, but most of this sperm will be tired, sluggish, and even dead and would be unable to fertilise your egg.

In order to greatly increase your chances of getting pregnant, IT IS NECESSARY TO KEEP THE SPERM SUPPLY FRESH! What this means is that your partner should ideally be ejaculating at least every 2-3 days during the month.

Of course, when you are approaching your fertile window then every 2-3 is too far apart. You should aim to have intercourse daily right up till the day you ovulate and even a couple of days after.

We have discussed two very easy ways to get pregnant but there is so much you need to know that it is almost impossible to share it all in a single article.

Conceiving A Baby Girl

December 5, 2011 by

Would you like to add a baby girl to your family? Want a baby girl to go with your boys? Need a “daddy’s little girl”?

Regardless of your reasons there are simple, at home, all natural steps you can take that can put the odds in your favor. How much in your favor? How about raising your odds from 50/50 to over 94%!

A simple three step system was developed by the late Dr. Landrum Shettles, and his simple methods have helped countless thousands of couples successfully choose the gender of their babies. Now let’s take a quick look at these steps more detail shall we?

1. You’ll need to track your ovulation cycle precisely. This is a very important piece of the gender selection process, and you’ll need to get this right!

2. Have sex to conceive in the right way. What do I mean by that? Well you’ll want to have sex in positions that will allow for shallow penetration if you are wanting to conceive a baby girl.

3. If wanting to conceive a baby girl you will need to lower your body’s ph. This can be accomplished through diet and/or douching, (although I would recommend douching only under your doctors supervision, because of a risk of infections.) Changing your ph with diet alone will normally take a few months, but with diligents on your part you will find it doable, but when you’re holding your new little baby girl in your arms, all your hard work will be worth it!

These techniques while being low-tech and easy to implement will still need to be implemented with precision and diligents if you are to be successful in conceiving that baby girl you desire.

You can visit my site for more information or links to one of the guides you’ll need as an ebook you can purchase and download in minutes. If you are truly serious about gender selection, you should seek all the help you can, and even if you fail in your attempt of conceiving a baby girl, you may still have a beautiful baby boy to love and cherish.

Will home pregnancy tests still work a few months or ever all the way through the pregnancy?

What I mean is, is what they are testing for only present in the first month or so of the pregnancy, or will they still work throughout the pregnancy or at least in the first half or so? Would pregnant women who were 2, 4, 7, 8, and 9 months pregnant get accurate results if they used a home pregnancy test? Thank you guys.

How to Choose a Nursing Bra

Nursing bras are essential to a breastfeeding mom. They help ensure easy access to nourishment for the child while providing support to the breasts. Selecting the best bra is an important decision. Select a bra that delivers good support, but fits comfortably. A supportive bra is effective in reducing the chance of neck and back pain that frequently results from increased breast size. The bra should not fit too tight as this could possibly harm milk supply by causing plugged ducts or breast infections. Should you be prone to leakage or suspect you could be, take care that there will be sufficient space left in the cup to accommodate breast pads.

Stay away from underwire nursing bras if at all possible, especially immediately after the birth of your child. Like a bra that is too tight, there exists potential for a plugged milk duct. In case you need to have an underwire bra, make sure to choose one that does not dig into the ribs.

Make certain the access panel is simple to work. Ideally, you want a panel that can be opened or closed one-handed since it’s likely that you will be holding your baby with your other hand. If you plan to nurse in public, you’ll probably decide to choose a bra that can be opened or closed without looking.

Make sure the opening supports the breast. This will be a lot more comfy for you. It also makes refastening the access panel less difficult.

Nursing bras ought to be made from a breathable fabric such as cotton. Many synthetic materials have a tendency to hold wetness. Trapped dampness on the breast can lead to the growth of bacteria and can contribute to nipple tenderness.

Preferably, you will want a minimum of three nursing bras. This will let you change and wash your bra regularly. Since most traditional shops only carry a small selection and few sizes, you may want to consider online stores. When buying from a web-based merchant, be sure to check the sizing chart found somewhere on their website. It isn’t unusual to discover you wear a different size depending on the brand or retailer.

When you’ve got the ideal nursing bras, it can make a difference in how well your breastfeeding experience goes.
