Whether you planned it or not, you are pregnant. That is a wonderful thing, but it can be a very scary time for the mother to be. The body goes through so many changes that you might not know what to do. Keep in mind that others have gone through this too. We know what you are going through.

At first you think about what you are supposed to do. What do you eat? How much do you eat? Everyone says that they have answers for you, but any doctor will tell you that there are no two exact same pregnancies. Therefore, you take the tips that people give you and apply them. You see if they work for you. If not, then you move on. Yet, it is time consuming.

You begin to wonder just how good of a parent you will be. There are reasons for this. You think of things that friends encounter with their children then you think to yourself how I will ever handle that. Kids have all sorts of doziest and you have to be prepared. Are you ready?
