How come i never had a positive pregnancy test before?

I already have 3 kids and all of their tests didn’t come out positive til like 3 weeks or later after my missed period. Now i got a positive pregnancy test and i haven’t even missed my period yet. Its supposed to come on the 22nd of this month. Does anyone have a clue why it shows up positive now even tho in my previous pregnancies they all showed up negative?

I had spotting Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and then cramping Wednesday and Thursday. The test still shows positive. If I did have a miscarriage, how long will a pregnancy test still show positive?

I took a pregnancy test a week ago in a family planning clinic and they told me they still don’t have the result. They also said that positive results usually show up early as compared to negative.
By the way, it’s a urine test at a clinic.

Typically how long does it take to get all the pregnancy hormones out of your system? Im not breast feeding and havent been bleeding since my second week post partum.
