The Chinese Baby Calendar was discovered about 700 years ago by a Chinese scientist. It is believed to be very accurate by many in the far east, while Westerners aren’t so sure. The Chinese Gender Calendar can be a lot of fun whether you’re a “believer” or not.

In order to get accurate results using the Chinese gender predictor, you need to understand the differences between the Chinese Lunar Calendar and the Gregorian Calendar used here in the west.

First you need to know the month of conception, remember conception not birth. Some have mistakenly used the actual birth date and of course this won’t give you an accurate result, so be sure you use the month of conception!

The confusing part for most people is figuring the mothers age at conception, this is her age on the Chinese calendar not the Gregorian Calendar used in the west.

To figure the mother-to-be’s month of conception just add 9 months from her date of birth. Also take into consideration the fact that the Chinese New Year falls on a different date every year, always between January 22 and February 22.

Now using the parameters above, you simply figure the babys month of conception as well as the mothers month of conception, follow the two columns till they intersect and if the square is blue-it’s a boy, but if it’s pink you’ll be having a girl baby.

If you want to see if the calendar was right or wrong, you could of course have an ultra-sound in your seventh or eighth month and know for sure. The Chinese Gender Prediction Calendar can be a lot of fun regardless, so break it out at your next baby shower, and enjoy!

The Chinese Baby Calendar can be lots of fun to experiment with, but regardless of gender, you new baby is a gift and deserves to be loved and nurtured.

The Chinese Lunar Calendar For Baby Gender Selection

The Chinese Lunar Calendar is said to have been around for over 700 years now. Developed by a Chinese Scientist after years of research, many Chinese put a lot of faith in it’s results, many westerners aren’t so sure. Whether you put much faith in it or not it can be a lot of fun, so just relax and enjoy it.

Will you have a boy, or will you have a baby girl? Lets use the calendar and see! First you need to understand how to use it properly, if you don’t know much about the Chinese Lunar Calendar and the differences compared to the Gregorian Calendar used in the west.

To get an accurate result be sure to use the month of conception, as opposed to the actual birth date of your baby!

It can be confusing figuring out the mothers age at conception using the Chinese Lunar Calendar. To get an accurate result you must use the mothers age from the Chinese Lunar Calendar, not the Gregorian Calendar used in the West.

To begin with, the mother should add a year to her age at conception, and another year if she conceives after January 29th (the Chinese New Year.). January 29th is the start of the New Year on the Chinese Lunar Calendar instead of January 1st as it does in the West.

Find the column for the age of the mother as well as the month of conception, then follow these two columns to intersection and if the square is blue expect a boy and if pink you’ll have a girl.

The Chinese Lunar Calendar can be used on any mother-to-be’s baby or a child or even an adult as long as you determine the two parameters accurately.

So have some fun with it, and remember you’re baby is a gift from above no matter what gender it is!
