When You're Having A Baby
It’s kind of funny, but not everyone knows right away that they may be pregnant. Some women can go for months and just think that they are getting fatter. But there are early pregnancy signs that you should watch for that will help you find out. One of the most talked about will be the morning sickness that you may experience.
Some women are lucky enough to actually only be nauseated and not throw up. You are indeed lucky, because morning sickness isn’t fun at all. Missing that period may not be a definite sign, but one that you should watch for. While you will experience some upper back pain when you’re pregnant too. That’s going to continue to get worse too.
Gaining weight will happen when you’re pregnant, and you should gain some. Though many doctors will watch just how much you place on your body. When you start to grow out of your pants, just buy a belly belt. It’s something that will give you some extra time in those pants before you have to buy maternity ones.
Fatigue and tiredness are a way of life when you’re pregnant. It may start out with just little spells of seeming more tired than normal. But soon enough you may need to add an afternoon nap into your daily schedule.
Tenderness can be experienced in the breasts. This can be caused because you will be producing milk. Barely touching your breast you may experience pain, however again keep in mind that you are okay.

Food cravings, it’s a part of being pregnant. While you may not experience the craving for pickles or anything really weird, you most likely will crave a few things during that time. For me it was a lot of milk, I swear I must have drank a gallon in a day and a half for the last three or four months of being pregnant.
Of course you will also notice that you may have more headaches, and even heartburn. All you have to do is make sure that you are taking care of yourself and the baby. Keep those appointments with the doctor and take your vitamins like you’re supposed too.
This should be a wonderful time in your life, and you’ll end up with a healthy baby boy or girl when it’s all said and done. Get those names ready and get ready for a whole bunch of changes in your body.
