Eat Small Meals More Frequently – Try eating smaller meals more frequently. Every two hours is recommended. This will keep your stomach from becoming empty and causing stomach acids to build up.

Keep your stomach full by eating small healthy meals every couple of hours. When your stomach is empty it is more likely you will become nauseous.

Hydrate Your Body – Drink plenty of fluids. Water is the best option but in the event it makes you nauseous try sucking on ice chips or adding lemon to ice cold water. You can drink a nice healthy smoothie made with ice.

Caffeine free carbonated drinks such as ginger ale, sprite or 7 up may also be helpful to get rid of nausea. However, water is still the best resource when it comes to hydrating your body. So if at all possible, opt for the water.

Exercise – Exercise is probably the last thing you want to think about in your current state but exercising for 5 to 10 minutes a day out in the fresh air will make you feel much better.
