Infertility is said to exist when a pregnancy has not occurred after at least one year of unprotected sexual intercourse or coitus. About–% of couples in the United States are infertile. In about 40% of couples with an infertility problem, the cause of infertility is multifactorial; in about 30% of couples, it is the man who is infertile; 20% to 25% of couples experience ovulatory failure; another 20% experience tubal, vaginal, or uterine problems as the cause of their infertility. In as many as 25% of couples, no known cause of infertility can be discovered despite all the diagnostic tests currently available. Now, the question is this: What is the treatment for infertile couples?
Management of infertility focuses on correction of any underlying problem that was discovered upon assessment. Such underlying causes include chronic disease, inadequate hormone production, endometriosis, or infection. Increasing sperm count and motility, reducing the presence of infection, hormone therapy, and surgery are just some of the ways in which these problems may be addressed.

Parents would seem to choose to want to determine baby gender. A lot of reasons may envelope this desire, for one it seems practical. Although, there are some parents also choose not to know and keep it as a surprise because it the baby’s gender doesn’t really matter for them. It is always your choice if you would want to know or not.
Ultra sound was only invented roughly around 50 years ago, so people only found out how to determine baby gender at that time. So basically, we have just been frantic to take a peek at our ‘gifts’ for only the last 50 years or so. What do you think may be t he reason for this? Well, for one, people have always looked forward to have someone they can teach, usually for men, they would want little boys who can grow up to be like them and for women, girls whom they can pass on their ideas to.
Human beings have the desire to have children as they grow older and it has always been an instinct to procreate. We always would want to share identical views with our partners which mainly would be the reason why we would like to determine baby gender to finalize or plan things out with our better half. Also, some parents may be particular as to what type of color or things they should be buying rather than buying something unisex for a bit.
Women mainly undergo ultrasound accurately see a picture of their babies that helps determine if it is a boy or a girl. There are also other ways to determine baby gender. Commercial pregnancy tests have already been made available for chemical reaction to know a baby’s gender.
Blood tests may be just the most accurate way to determine baby gender. Although there are other pseudo sciences that pose such belief of being able to determine your baby’s gender. It is up to you which among these methods you would like to try out, or if you wish to know at all.

The dream of many women around the world is to become pregnant. Many couples and our society as a whole tend to place great importance and value in having children. Unfortunately conceiving a baby is not always the easiest process. A couple trying to conceive a baby and who are having problems often seek professional help.
There are several reasons why a couple may not be able to conceive quickly, and so it is important to remember the following things -
First: There is only a twenty percent chance of pregnancy each month, for a fertile, healthy, and young couple. Second: The average couple will need five to six months to get pregnant. Third: Out of every six couples, one has a hard time getting pregnant. Fourth: In forty percent of infertility cases, it is caused by the man, another forty percent is because of the woman, and the remaining twenty percent is because of both the female and male factors. Fifth: The sperm can survive within a woman’s body for five days, but a released egg can survive within a woman’s body for only twenty-four hours. Sixth: The length of a woman’s menstrual cycle needs to be studied and considered because ovulation may not occur on the typical 14th day of the cycle as it does for most women. Seventh: It is even possible for a woman to ovulate during her period.
Now when you’re trying to conceive, you must consider these simple dos and don’ts. Do have sex regularly, have sex once a day near the time of ovulation, make healthy lifestyle choices, take your vitamins, and consider preconception planning. On the other hand, don’t smoke, drink alcohol, and take medication without consulting your health care provider.
Trying to conceive a baby may require some effort and timing. And once a woman has conceived, she is in for a world of change.
